PENGEMBANGAN RENCANA BISNIS BERBASIS RANTAI NILAI (VALUE CHAIN) PADA KORPORASI PETANI LEBAKGEDONG MANDIRI DENGAN KOMODITAS MANGGIS DI DESA BANJARSARI

This community service activity aimed to develop a value chain–based business plan for the Lebakgedong Mandiri Farmer Corporation focusing on mangosteen commodities in Banjarsari Village. The partner faced several challenges, including inconsistent product quality, weak postharvest handling, limited market coordination, and a low bargaining position within the supply chain. A participatory–educative approach was applied through value chain mapping, training sessions, and mentoring in business plan preparation. The stages included diagnostic analysis, identification of bottlenecks in quality, postharvest management, and marketing, formulation of upgrading strategies, and collaborative development of an operational business plan. The results showed that the activity successfully produced a structured business plan covering value propositions, operational strategies, organizational governance, and an implementation roadmap. The developed business plan is expected to strengthen the corporation’s aggregation function, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance farmers’ bargaining power and income sustainabilit.
