This community service program aimed to strengthen farmers’ independence and transparency in farm management through mentoring on simple farm business record-keeping for the Sigebrok Farmer Group in Giriharja Village, Cipanas District. The partner’s main constraints included inconsistent transaction logs, difficulty separating household and farm cash flows, and limited evidence for evaluating costs, revenue, and profit. A participatory approach was conducted through problem mapping, short training sessions, guided practice using standardized recording forms, and follow-up assistance during early adoption. The outputs included a practical recording package: a farm cash book, an input-use log, a harvest-and-sales log, and a simple profit recap. The program improved participants’ understanding and facilitated more accountable group discussions based on written records, supporting data-driven decision-making for sustainable farm management.
