PEMBERDAYAAN REMAJA DALAM MEMAHAMI PERUBAHAN DI MASA PUBERTAS DI SMKN 1 CIRINTEN

Used cooking oil, commonly known as "jelantah," is a household waste often Puberty is a critical transitional period in adolescence marked by physical, psychological, and social changes. At SMKN 1 Cirinten, many students experience confusion and misunderstanding regarding the changes they are undergoing, which can negatively affect their mental health and social interactions. The objective of this community service program is to provide comprehensive education to adolescents about puberty through interactive training and simulation. The methods used include counseling sessions, group discussions, and the distribution of supplementary modules. The activity successfully improved students’ knowledge and awareness of pubertal changes and reduced negative stigma surrounding reproductive health issues. The results indicate that students became more confident in navigating puberty and gained the ability to independently maintain their personal healt
