This study aims to analyze the role of agricultural education in supporting farmers' understanding of the Farmer Card Program (Kartu Tani) and assess its implementation effectiveness, particularly through agricultural extension officers' assistance. The findings show that although the program was introduced in 2017, many farmers in Lebak Regency still struggle with using the system due to insufficient training. The research highlights the crucial role of extension officers in the program’s success, though challenges arise from their limited number. Additionally, infrastructure issues, such as the lack of EDC machines and internet access in remote areas, hinder the program’s effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of digital agricultural education and continuous support services
