Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the social welfare policy for persons with disabilities in Lebak Regency. It identifies key challenges such as inaccurate data, limited budget allocation, and poor coordination between involved institutions. The study highlights the importance of accurate data and adequate funding for the success of such policies. It also examines the role of public administration in managing social welfare programs. Findings show that despite some positive impacts, the program's effectiveness is hampered by systemic issues. The research provides recommendations to improve coordination, data management, and budget allocation for better implementation of the policy.
