MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PEMBINAAN PEMUDA MELALUI KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK PERSPEKTIF IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM OKP DI KABUPATEN LEBAK

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of youth development programs through Youth Community Organizations (OKP) in Lebak Regency. The research identifies key barriers, including poor communication and coordination between local government and OKPs, as well as internal conflicts within the local branch of the Indonesian National Youth Committee (KNPI). The findings show that limited resources, both financial and human, hinder the successful implementation of youth empowerment policies. To improve program effectiveness, the study recommends enhancing communication, strengthening organizational capacity, and resolving leadership conflicts within KNPI. The use of digital platforms for better coordination and transparency in program execution is also proposed. These findings contribute to the understanding of public policy implementation at the local level and offer practical recommendations for improving youth development initiatives in the region.
