GOVERNANCE LOKAL DALAM PEMBINAAN KOPERASI EVALUASI ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK TERHADAP PERMENKOP UKM NO. 9/2018

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Ministerial Regulation No. 9/2018 on cooperative development in Lebak Regency, focusing on the role of local government in strengthening cooperatives and identifying obstacles in policy implementation. The research shows that while the policy has yielded positive results for some cooperatives, its impact is uneven due to limited resources, personnel, and coordination between central and local governments. The study highlights the need for better adaptation of policies to local conditions and stronger collaboration among related institutions. The findings contribute to the literature on public policy and cooperative governance by emphasizing the importance of local-specific policy adaptation and multi-level governance in cooperative development. Further research is needed to explore how these policy adaptations can enhance the effectiveness of cooperative development in diverse regions.
