ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP PUTUSAN CERAI NOMOR 568/Pdt.G/2014/PN.TNG DALAM PERKARA PERCERAIAN YANG DISEBABKAN OLEH FAKTOR EKONOMI KELUARGA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP HAK ASUH ANAK

Abstract

Although marriage is meant to last forever, there are times when things happen that make it impossible for the marriage to continue, in the sense that if the marital relationship continues, harm will occur. for example, one of the parties is unfaithful to another person, economic factors that do not improve during the marriage with this happening cause frequent and continuous disputes in a household ark that can lead to divorce. The problem in this study is related to the Marriage Principles Act No. 1 of 1974, which regulates divorce and its effect on the custody of children, and then the custody of children who are still minors as in Decision No. 568\/Pdt.G\/2014\/PN.TNG: 568\/Pdt.G\/2014\/PN.TNG. The research method is a normative legal research type, which uses secondary data and is analysed qualitatively. The result of the research is that the judge has decided case No. 568\/Pdt.G\/2014\/PN.TNG: 568\/Pdt.G\/2014\/PN.TNG was in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 1 Year 1974 regarding child custody given to the plaintiff or mother of the children and the wisdom of the judge in requiring the defendant to continue to support his children in the amount of Rp. 3,000,000 (three million rupiah) every month for education costs.
