EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN DATA DAPODIK DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN MANAJERIAL DI SMAN 1 GUNUNGKENCANA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of utilizing Dapodik data in managerial decision-making at SMAN 1 Gunungkencana. Dapodik, as a national education data system, plays a strategic role in supporting data-based planning and educational policy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the use of Dapodik data at SMAN 1 Gunungkencana is quite effective in supporting decision-making, especially in areas such as planning for infrastructure needs, budget preparation, and teacher placement and requirements. However, the effectiveness is still challenged by issues such as limited technical training for operators, inadequate technological infrastructure, and dependence on data input accuracy. The study recommends improving human resource competencies and optimizing support systems to ensure that Dapodik data can be fully utilized in supporting data-driven school management
