This study analyzes the implementation of the Family Planning Village (Kampung KB) program and its impact on community social participation in Kelurahan Nyapah, Kota Serang. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research examines administrative mechanisms, social and cultural factors influencing participation, and program outcomes. Findings reveal effective administrative processes hampered by resource constraints and socio-cultural barriers affecting community engagement. The study highlights the crucial role of local leaders and communication strategies in enhancing participation. Results strengthen policy implementation theory by integrating social-cultural dimensions, emphasizing the need for holistic approaches in public health programs. This research contributes to public administration and social sciences literature, offering practical recommendations for improving program sustainability and community involvement in family planning initiatives
