Abstract

The growing demand for responsible corporate governance highlights transparency as a key pillar of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Transparency plays a vital role in building stakeholder trust, enhancing reputation, financial performance, and corporate sustainability. PT Ecocare Indo Pasifik Tbk, operating in the health and environmental products sector, faces pressure from investors, regulators, and the public to demonstrate strong commitment to disclosure and accountability. This study explores the implementation of GCG transparency principles at PT Ecocare Indo Pasifik Tbk and their impact on stakeholder perceptions and company performance.
