Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of planning and coordination on employee work effectiveness at the Department of Agriculture in Lebak Regency. The background of this research lies in the importance of public sector organizational management, particularly in comprehensive planning and effective coordination, to enhance employee performance and support optimal public service delivery. The research problem addressed is how planning and coordination, both partially and simultaneously, affect employee work effectiveness. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and document studies, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both planning and coordination have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The study concludes that better planning and coordination lead to higher levels of work effectiveness among employees at the Department of Agriculture in Lebak Regency
