INOVASI SISTEM PEMANFAATAN DATA DAPODIK SEBAGAI DASAR PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DI SMA NEGERI PROVINSI BANTEN

This study evaluates the effectiveness of using Dapodik data in managerial decision-making at public high schools in Banten Province. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected from five purposively selected schools through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal significant variations in Dapodik utilization, influenced by managerial capacity, data literacy, and organizational culture. Schools with adaptive leadership use Dapodik strategically to enhance education quality, while others treat it merely as an administrative tool. This study highlights the importance of data literacy and evidence-based management to support digital transformation in schools.
