ANALISIS PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA PT BANK MANDIRI TBK

This paper aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk using the Corporate Governance Perception Index approach. This paper focuses on human resource competence and information transparency. From the evaluation of 12 indicators, a score of 95.83% was achieved indicating a “very good” Good Corporate Governance implementation. This score is in line with the official 2024 Corporate Governance Perception Index score of 95.3% and validates the robustness of the evaluation approach used. This paper also concludes that executive quality, ongoing training, and information disclosure are key to Good Corporate Governance implementation. This paper is expected to contribute both academically and practically, especially in developing Good Corporate Governance evaluation methods and improving governance practices in banking
