Abstract

This study analyzes the coastal tourism potential in Desa Teluk, focusing on the business strategies implemented by BUMDes to improve community welfare. The village has untapped potential, particularly in the culinary sector and natural attractions. Despite the opportunities, BUMDes faces challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, human resource capacity, and business planning. Strategies such as culinary businesses and parking facilities show positive impacts on the local economy. However, issues like poorly structured management limit the full potential. This study recommends improving human resource capacity, infrastructure, and long-term planning involving all stakeholders for sustainable tourism development.
