Circular Economy;, Waste Management;, Business Opportunities;Abstract
This study explores business opportunities in waste management at the Dengung Final Disposal Site (TPA), Lebak Regency, Indonesia, using a circular economy framework. The study identifies potential business opportunities such as organic waste composting, waste-to-energy conversion, non-organic waste recycling, and the establishment of waste banks. Results show that although these opportunities can provide significant economic benefits for the local community, challenges such as limited infrastructure, technology gaps, and low private sector involvement remain. The study emphasizes the importance of strategic partnerships between local government, the private sector, and communities to enhance waste management practices and create a sustainable circular economy. Furthermore, investment in advanced technologies and public education programs is crucial to maximizing the benefits of waste management
